Ron Bowles is the MCFSC “Citizen of the Year” for 2008. He has shown exemplary service to the MCFSC mission. He has not only been a key member of the Woodies in Idyllwild/Pine Cover, but has led abatement efforts in the Pinyon area. As an advocate for appropriate abatement, he has personal led wood and brush clearing efforts in working with both CALFIRE and residents of our mountain communities. Congratulations Ron!
